“The property is very clean. Would recommend for smaller groups. House is smaller than appears in information but very adequate for what we needed. ”

“When we first arrived there was a mix up with our reservation with no fault of the owner. The owner was quick to sort things out and even came by to check on us! I just want to make a note that the number evolve gives you is to his cleaning service and not to the owner himself. Thats was the only difficulty i faced when sorting things out with our situation. We were blessed to stay here and we had an absolute blast with enough room for 8 people! Thanks again for your hospitality!”

“Overall a nice experience. Great location. Comfy beds and great towels. The backyard is NOT fenced in - apparently has been that way a while. Some of the utensils were not clean and the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. ”

“For two people this cottage was perfect for us. I would gladly go here again. It was better than advertised. There was plenty of room to spread out our things, park the truck, trailer and motorcycles. It has a great floor plan; lots of separate areas. We walked to the village for shopping & eating. Our dog loved it. A fenced in backyard helped keep him happy and controlled. There is no air conditioning; so for 2-3 hours in the afternoons (80 degrees), we needed fans to stay cool. “Last minute family vacay to see our son at Holloman AFB. Booking was a breeze. The place was absolutely perfect. It is nestled right in the mountains with plenty of wildlife sitings while sitting on the back porch. The place is adorable and updated. The cleanliness was impeccable and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals rather than going out to eat and there is plenty to do about a mile or 2 down the road if you want to get out and about.……
