“This place and location was perfect for our family of four. It was so nice to have some local treats upon arrival and our kiddos found the chocolates right away. The yard is relaxing and the property well equipped with kitchen items, games, and other things you might need but forgot to pack. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood is great, and the owners genuinely want to know when something is not functioning or missing. Highly recommend and hope we can return to this property.”

“We had a great trip to Albuquerque, made even better by this adorable Adobe. Communication with the owner was effortless. Check-in procedures were clear and easy. The location was convenient to what we wanted to do and we felt very safe in this house. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities. It also has off-street parking behind a security gate and a huge backyard. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The location was great and the home met our needs. The living room is roomy and very comfortable. The guest room was a little small. The 3rd room has an inflatable pullout couch that took up most of the space. ”

“There was a small oversight during check in. But after contacting the host it was resolved quickly and efficiently and was not an issue at all. Loved the house and really grateful how well stocked it was. It was just what we needed. We were in town to visit family and really loved the location. We would definitely book this property again if available. ”

“First, I'll start with the host was very friendly and timely with responses. The house was average and had prior damages, like the pool table triangle and shelves within a closet. Things were placed in the bedroom closet as a space keeper. Garage probably shouldve been locked because there were items in the garage that were in disarray. It honestly looked like it's been used as a party house for college kids. Towels were pretty thin, not that it matters, I guess. We only stayed 2 nights, so had……

“The little house was perfect for us with a gas cooking stove, a kitchen with every tool you need, separate bedrooms and a large washer and dryer. When the ductless split heating units in the bedrooms failed to handle the early blast of winer complete with 6 inches of snow, the host offered to refund the entire amount. Not wanting to pack our groceries and belongings we stayed with a space heater provided by the owner. for the coldest room. We were so glad we stay and enjoyed the charming……

“We absolutely loved staying here! Check-in was a breeze and the house was furnished well and very clean. Beds are very comfortable as well! It is centrally located, so it did not take long to get to different attractions and events as well as wonderful food! We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Albuquerque!”

“The house was very clean and pretty well stocked. Really cute electric fireplace. Big airy living room with open floor plan to the kitchen. Two bathrooms was a bonus. The neighborhood seemed a bit concerning at first (being just outside of downtown) but turned out to be quite nice and very centrally located. The nearby restaurants were good especially Cocina Azul which was exceptional!”
