“Good communication with owner. There was a need for basic needs advertised but not at apt so after a call to owner, an order was delivered to door. The apt. is older but nicely updated and decorated. Apt. is off a busier road near hospital so lots of emergency vehicle/helicopter noise. Apt. needs some TLC as floors are buckled and needed to move a rug on top of area. Minus the few issues, may rating is a solid 4.”

“Due to Hurricane Milton, my pets and I were displaced for over a month. I could not have had a more enjoyable time making the most of what could’ve been far more stressful. With all the special touches, like an inside hammock, beautiful houseplants, and twinkling lights, I felt like I was living in a Hallmark movie. Coworkers even thought my real background was virtual because it’s such a charming spot!It’s nestled in a super cute, mid-century neighborhood very close to UF, local trails, and……

“Clean, easily accessible, needs porch screen, backyard quite peaceful, close to everything. Parking can be tricky as only one way in to condos. Recommend parking at the end so out is much easier. More than enough amenities. A great nights sleep would be greatly enhanced by the head of the bed against the wall and cotton pillowcases instead of silk. They travel all over the slick silk sheets and fall into the black hole at head of bed—preventing stacking pillows.”

“The location is very misleading. When it says a five minute walk to University of Florida, that was not entirely correct. It was at least 20 minutes when we were walking to the football game. Just know that on the front end. Otherwise the place was perfect and just what we needed.”

“I used this space as my “get ready room” for my downtown Gainesville wedding as well as two overnight stays. The penthouse is lovely, spacious and in a great location. Communication with Ryan was excellent. I highly recommend!”

“Would stay again ”

“This property was perfect for our quick visit to Gainesville, visiting some of our children. The kitchen was large enough that we were able to make a dinner and have four people over. It was nice and quiet at night and during the day as well . Our dog was happy with the small park that was in the development. It was perfect and reasonably/economically priced.”

“The place looks good from a far but there was food on many of the tense utensils that I saw after opening the cabinets. There were roach droppings all throughout the cabinets and two dead roaches in the cabinets. Last night I thought there was only one but I went to take a few more pictures another. The shower was not clean at all there was hair all over the base of the wall where it meant the floor tile. There was some tied up type of white substance on the shower floor is it wiped away when I……

“I am not even sure where to begin. This is actually an apartment complex and not a condo or privately owned. We drove from VA to only find out that our reservation was supposed to be canceled earlier that day. I sent several messages before we arrived and received no response. The rental office did not know the host or anything about our reservation. I finally got a hold of the host, and she was supposed to send someone out to let us into the rental.... ten minutes later, we got a cancellation……
