The location in Coral Bay is perfect as we enjoy the quieter side of the island. We really appreciate the thoughtful use of extra items such as beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. “Up on the Rocks is lovely, with comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and nicely-landscaped grounds. The property manager, Henry, was responsive and friendly. Terrific view. The driveway is very steep and takes some getting used to. ”

“Jared is a very good host. Our only reason for not giving five stars for everything were the mattresses which we all felt were too soft for our taste. He accurately described that driving to the house is a bit wonky. You’re almost at the top of the hill and for the first few days it was a bit of a challenge. There are a few things that could use a bit updating like the mattresses and some of the outdoor furniture, but all in all we were very satisfied. ”

“Tropical Panorama is an exceptional villa and is exactly as advertised. Views are even better than the photo. We have been coming to St. John for over 25 years and had one of our best stays over the holidays last month. Rooms are spacious, gourmet kitchen is fabulous, outside grill / kitchen is awesome and the pool is large and refreshing after a day on the beach. Quick walk to Cruz Bay restaurants and a quick drive to Starfish Market to cook at home. Highly recommend and the hosts are……

“The property is absolutely amazing. The outdoor living area is incredible, with ample space for a large crew and non-stop breezes blowing off the water. The kitchen is amazing, with everything you could possibly need, even for the most passionate chef/baker. The property itself is beautiful, spacious and impeccably maintained. “Kim was an outstanding host and very knowledgeable about St John. She checked in on us and answered every question we had almost immediately. The house was great from top to bottom but the best part was the view. Only the bedrooms have a/c so the main house got a little stuffy in the afternoons/evenings since the bedrooms are only accessible from the outside downstairs. The road to the house is a nightmare, not gonna lie, but we got used to it after a couple of days. You definitely need an suv……
