“The view from our patio was awesome!! The unit we stayed in was just perfect for us!! Loved having coffee and breakfast every morning on the patio. The Sun & Sea Bar & Grille has delicious food and drinks. The bartenders and wait staff are great!! We had lots of laughs. Enjoyed watching the Tarpon that swim by the bar. This was one of the best vacations!! Hope to come back again.”

“It’s a beautiful property and the rooms were great. The restaurant was very very good and I highly recommend it. It should be noted that the hotel is situated on a very steep hill and there are very many steps to climb, even from the rooms up to the restaurant. Not suitable for those who can’t manage stairs. Otherwise it’s delightful.”

“The “treehouses” need proper protection against rodents and bugs. All screens were compromised simply by not having a stronger covering such as chicken wire covering the screen. The staff were friendly but not forthcoming so far as the conditions of the property. The restaurant is NOT fully open. They offer chicken or a burger. Do not stay here if you do not like rodents in your bed. In my opinion they need to post pictures of upgraded rodent and bug prevention. That will probably never happen……

“This was an amazing find! Tucked away in Frenchtown yet walkable to so much! Candy and Eddie are awesome hosts. This was our first visit to St Thomas. On arrival, Candy answered my (long) list of questions before I could even ask them! Eddie had several suggestions that worked out well. The room and property are immaculately clean. The pool was awesome. And the views can't be beat. We reserved our first 2 nights here then headed to Sapphire Beach for a few days. Our last night wasn't……

“The room was spacious and clean. The property was attractive and if you are driving, there seemed to be plenty of parking. I was able to catch a shuttle to the airport for a modest fee. The restaurant on the premises served delicious food but the service was neutral (neither good nor bad). ”
