Additionally, we are the closest 4-Bedroom vacation condo to the sand, and our unique waterfront location means dolphin sightings from your balcony are almost a daily occurrence. In addition, each Guest is assigned a Guest Coordinator who is available 24/7 should you need assistance. This complimentary service is invaluable for those who have not been to Clearwater Beach before. We also provide our Guests with beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys and a beach umbrella. We are so eager to make sure you’re comfortable from the minute you arrive, we provide you with a welcome basket an assortment of treats, a $10.00 coupon for ClearSky Café, and "two" under-building parking passes. Our unit also comes with the "free" day use of our 50 ft. boat slip, a private dock for fishing, a grilling station with implements, and our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dishware necessary to prepare almost every type of meal.
Just outside your door, you'll find over 25 restaurants within a 3-block radius, and activities such as renting wave runners, parasailing, paddle boarding and bike rentals are all within one block of our location. Plus, Pier 60 and the Clearwater Beach Marina are only 3.5 blocks from the condo. However, if you want to chart your own course, let us know and we’ll provide you with the contact information for our recommended fishing or charter captains, who will be happy to come pick you up at our private boat dock. Or, if you prefer, you can rent a boat at the marina and then drive it around the corner and use our boat slip to pick up your family. (If you want to bring your own boat, please contact us for overnight vessel rates and requirements.) Other Dockside amenities include a brand-new BBQ Grill, a heated waterfront pool, a paddle board and kayak storage launch, a locked storage area for those who bring their own equipment, under-building parking and an outdoor storage area for bicycles.
Inside the unit, you will notice a pride in ownership that is unmatched in most vacation rental properties. From the Natuzzi Leather sectional and recliner in the living area to the 10-person dining table, from the tastefully stocked kitchen to the upscale coastal décor, the entire unit has been uniquely fashioned to feel like your personal seascape. Unlike most of the other rental condos, as owners, we are actually here should you need something. As Clearwater Beach residents for nearly 40 years, and full-time residents in Dockside, we can point you in the right direction, make a recommendation, or secure a service should you need assistance. If you have allergies or a sensitive nose, you will be happy to know that our unit is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Additionally, all bed pillows and comforters are down-alternative allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep.
For larger families, we do have another 4-Bedroom condo (#202) which is located immediately adjacent to #203.
