Pristine Condol
We had an amazing time in this condo which was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The dock was great for fishing and we even saw dolphins right outside our balcony. We were impressed with how the owner paid attention to detail with supplying everything a renter should need while on vacation. Would definitely recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again.

Fourth Stay at Dockside
We returned to this property for the 4th time this year. We love the cleanliness of the Condo, the location, the attention to details and beautiful furnishes. Watching the dolphins and using the private dock to be picked up by a boat we rented is just awesome.

Condo was perfectly appointed, beautifully decorated and spacious. Located in an area that was close to all with a marina in the rear and beach across the street. Pack your bathing suit and just show up. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous family vacation!
Bryan was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach and all of the activities. Wonderful property!
The property is beautiful! There was five adults and two children in our group. Plenty of room for all and very, very clean. The unit was much nicer and bigger than what the photos show. Bryan is a wonderful host and we highly recommend staying here. We were lucky enough to have some dolphins swimming just outside the building…we all loved this. Come and stay, you will be thrilled!

Amazing stay!
There were ten people in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us! We really enjoyed the large dinner table that fit everyone. We saw dolphins almost every morning from the balcony and one morning a dolphin even came up to the dock! Bryan was very responsive and had so many suggestions for restaurants/things to do around Clearwater. The property was clean and resembled the pictures exactly. I would definitely stay here again!

We had our family Christmas get-together on the coldest week of the year, much to everyone’s dismay. However, our chosen property couldn’t have been more perfect for an indoor staycation. We had the best time cooking, eating, and playing games. Everyone was happy!

Rental exceeded expectations!
Thank you Bryan for a wonderful stay in Clearwater. Truly the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. The unit was impeccable and contained everything we needed for our week. Highlights were many, and included the storage closet with plenty of beach gear and toys; excellent communication before and during our stay with Bryan; extremely comfortable bedrooms and beds; plenty of supplies to get us started for the week (laundry detergent, paper products, dish soap etc); seeing manatees and dolphins off the dock! If we come back to Clearwater next year, we'll be sure to book one of Bryan's rental units.

Perfection!
Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Bryan was a wealth of knowledge and so kind. The condo was immaculately clean- more than any vacation rental we have stayed at. The blankets on the beds that typically are rarely washed at rentals were freshly laundered saving us hours of laundry upon arrival. Having all of the beach items needed already there saved us so much time and packing. We will absolutely be coming back!

Amazing!!!
Our experience staying here and the communication with the host Bryan, was top notch! After booking, I reached out to Bryan for recommendations on fishing charters. He responded quickly with detailed info and the people who went absolutely loved it! The condo itself was immaculate. The attention to detail was like nothing we've seen before in a rental property. Every convenience of home was thoughtfully considered. Beach chairs, beach towels, and even a beach cart was provided. The pictures do not do this property justice, it is stunning and meticulously maintained. The location is perfect and accessible to everything. Bryan was a spectacular host and his knowledge of the area is invaluable when it comes to making recommendations. When he says he is only a text or phone call away, he means it. Thank for everything...we couldn't have picked a better place to stay and it will be hard to stay anywhere else in Clearwater!

We LOVED our stay in Clearwater and Bryan went above and beyond as a host. The condo was clean, clean, CLEAN! The amenities were perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. We saw dolphins, a manatee, loved the closeness to shopping and eating, enjoyed the pool and the beach, utilized the beach gear (wagon, chairs, towels, and sand toys!) provided by the host, and quickly made ourselves at home because it was so welcoming. We have already recommended this listing to multiple people, so be ready to book quickly if looking to stay here...the availability won't stay long! :) We will be back!
