“This is second time I have stayed here. I really enjoy the hotel and locatuon is perfect for why we are there. The morning staff with breakfast are so wonderful. This time my only complaint was that when we got back to the hotel, the parking spots had not been cleared of snow like Id been tild they wiuld be. I had to shovel out my own parking spot and the guy working at the hotel came out to smoke and watched me. Then he had the nerve to complain that his boss asked him to shovel out the spots.……

“A great property. I was there to attend a game at Syracuse University’s JMA Wireless Dome. It was a short walk through a safe and quiet neighborhood. Home was in excellent condition with multiple bedrooms upstairs and a comfortable couch on which I slept because the memory foam bed was too firm for me (I have had back issues for years.) I appreciated the complimentary popcorn and bottle of vino, both of which were quite good. ”

The location is not the most desireable for people from a small town area who are not used to city dwelling. The host was very easy to deal with. “We recently stayed here to attend a Syracuse football game. Check in was simple and the instructions came the day before via text. The place had enough space for the 5 of us. Beds were quite uncomfortable. The window AC units caused it to be very loud at night as you could hear outside noises quite clearly. Neighbourhood was not the best but we did not feel unsafe.
