"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...

"Hello! We were greeted by a team of wonderful front desk staff that checked us in and out without any problems. They were super friendly and funny. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were also quite nice! The room however needed a bit more of a cleaning. The phone was really dirty, there was stuff spilled on the nightstand but not wiped up and there was a mystery white drip of something on the bed skirt. The breakfast included a pancake machine (fun!) But the hotel uses...
