Overall amazing

Overall, our week stay at this property was amazing. Had some minor issues, but all of those were communicated to the property manager and resolved within reason. Fantastic beach location and Saint Augustine is a great city to visit.

Very good location and exactly as advertised. Tiki hut was a big hit for a warm January Saturday. Sunrise with Morning coffee started each day right.

Step out and onto the beach. House clean, well stocked for all cooking, entertaining- you won’t want to wander off. Very unique house design and style - Robinson Crusoe meets St. Augustine - aged but a classically Floridian beach front getaway.

Very happy with property. Checkin was a breeze. A few short steps to beach. Loved the 2 decks. The house was fully supplied even with TP, paper towels and trash bags. The spiral staircase may be an issue for some but otherwise we enjoyed the property and would stay there again and would recommend it.

The property is well worn. Owner is attempting to keep on top of maintenance but time has not been kind. The entire decking areas need serious renovation. Boards missing, loose, or rotting. The transition from one area to the next was on different levels which made transitioning from the front of the house to the side where the Tiki Bar very treacherous, especial at night for my inebriated relatives! No one was hurt, but it is an accident waiting to happen.

Not Worth The Money

The property was well furnish and the best property managers we ever experienced. While the furnishing and amenities were very good. The spiral staircase was a real downer. Ever try to carry a suitcase, or anything for that matter, up or down a spiral staircase? For the price paid this was not a good value. Also the tiki bar was a disaster. It is in a bad state of repair, and for all practical purposes, unusable.

Wonderful Beach Retreat

Beautiful views of the Atlantic from all 3 floors. Lots of room for a family get together. All the beach accessories there for your using...chairs, toys, umbrella etc. Property management was prompt to respond to any needs and/or questions My family had a perfect week at this house.
