“Cute cottage in Santa Barbara steps away from East Beach, a short walk to Stearn’s wharf and 1 min drive to get onto 101. Clean, and exactly as pictured with comfortable rooms and lots of items in kitchen and towels in the bathroom. Also great as it has free parking, both with a small driveway and plenty of street parking in front of the house. Would stay here again! ”

“The water view from the back cottage was great to wake up to. The location is great: near the zoo, away from busy State Street but close enough to walk to stuff. The kitchen was small but fully functional with a grocery store like a block away. The host provide lots of kids stuff, stroller, high chair, and even beach toys!”

“The whole process was easy. This house is located one house away from the beach! We were thrilled by sunsets, high waves, and a steady parade of people, dogs, bikes passing by. The house is super comfortable. We made some meals, ordered in, etc. The bedrooms were super comfortable. Mike was very responsive to our questions. There were 5 of us including a three year old, and we all want to come back to Mike's VRBO!”

“The Flamingo house was a perfect rental; it had everything we needed. The backyard and patio were our home base for the 4 days we stayed in Palm Springs. The pool and jacuzzi were heated, and ready to go upon arrival. The central location made it easy to get around. Super comfortable beds and squeaky clean amenities. The only thing missing was lights in the bathroom next to laundry room, and the kitchen could benefit from updated lighting. I’d most definitely stay here again!”
