“Nice hotel near city center. You can walk through city center and find many restaurants. Cardiff castle is nearby.”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“Lovely hotel, spa was fantastic and very clean. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Reception staff were unreal, and breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel (and I stay at a hotel at least once a week with work). Would highly recommend.”

“We had a super stay in this apartment. Very conveniently placed for everything - lots of things walkable including the train station so car not essential.! Very clean and well equipped and Keith and Sharon made every effort to keep in touch and make sure things ran smoothly from beginning to end. Lots of lovely little touches too which made you feel very welcome. A little gem of a place - well recommended and good value for money.”

“We didnt stay long from 10pm until 4am so just overnight quite literally. However the rooms were very clean and spacious, bed very comfortable and the shower/bathroom clean and well serviced . ”

“The windows were dirty and the paints coming out, I stayed for three days and they didn't change the bed, I have to as for towels and shower gels at the evening because nonone is there in the morning, There was no plague on the other side of the bed so you have to move the head lamp to the other side of the bed.......”
