“Check in was slow due to long line. Room key didn't work. Asked the staff and was demanded to wait in the check in queue again to solve my room key problem. Completely unacceptable.”

“The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. ”

“The room was clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a first-floor room and received one, however the first floor is actually half a stairway down from the parking lot at the back of the building. And the second floor is half a stairway up. “Came to Reno to purchase an RV, which fell thru. Due to the fact that the photos and what it looked like in person were not the same, we decided against it and started looking for another one here. So we needed a pet friendly, no stairs to climb, with frig and microwave(at least) and a decent price. My husband and I are both disabled and our dog is in service training.
