“The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. ”

“The staff are very kind, professional and helpful. The breakfast selection includes both hot and cold items, along with a tea and coffee bar. There is an on-site restaurant with select set of local options- some of which are gluten free and celiac safe including chicken wings and french fries! The rooms are full of amenities, with choice levels of pillow firmness, comfortable beds, and views of the surroinding mountains. “Check in was slow due to long line. Room key didn't work. Asked the staff and was demanded to wait in the check in queue again to solve my room key problem. Completely unacceptable.”
