“The location is far from the overgound/underground. The room is stuffy. The shower head is weak. The room is dark. I felt like this hotel is 3 stars rather than 5. ”

“We need to pick up the key at agency that was two street away from the apartment but there's no clear instruction in advance. Besides, we had emailed and told the agency that the window could not be properly closed and the TV remote had not been found on day one. However, we received no response from them until day three. Quite disappointed about the support. Other than these, we were satisfied with the apartment.”

“Overall, perfectly adequate and well priced. Decor a little dated, but room had everything we needed (just about). Main feedback is you need to change your mattresses as they are lumpy and not super comfy. We cooked in the room and there were a few things missing : Oven glove Scissors Larger cooking pan/wok as there were 5 of us. Apart from that, cannot fault the owners and would stay again (if mattresses are changed). One thing to note - it is a little too far out for central London (30-40mins……

“Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"……

“The room is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly. But one thing to note, it’s not in the city centre. You have to take bus or metro to the city centre, taking around 30-45 mins. Btw, the bus service in London is quite stable and convenient.”
