“The Inn itself is pretty nice, but the surrounding area is pretty sketchy and doesn’t feel the safest. When I arrived at my hotel room, the AC was off so it was very hot, but that was my only complaint about the inn itself.”

“Complimentary coffee is excellent, however, it does not provide free breakfast, or I shall say that the price does not include breakfast, which seems to be not the common measures for the hotels in the same area.”

“This charming hotel is in the perfect location -- the heart of Chestnut Hill! The convenient location is perfect to walk to nearby shops/restaurants, hop the train to Center City, or to take the bus down Germantown Avenue. The free breakfast and the onsite restaurant is a bonus. And the staff is so kind! The only improvement areas are that the traditional decor could be modernized alittle and they should include breakfast meats at the complimentary breakfast. Overall, a great hotel!”

“First time we have stayed here although we frequent the area as we have family nearby. The room was spacious and convenient. The only downside was that the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Very hard and noisy/squeaky/crunchy. It Was strange. Had it not been so late when we got into the room we would have asked for a change.”
