“This is a nice size home. Could use a deep cleaning, more towels and washclothes, and linen. Its in a great location. Convenient for my needs. It could use a womens touch to cozy it up. I would definitely stay again and my family would use it too.”

“This huge house fit my family of 6, plus some extended family, 12 in all. The driveway was a bit narrow getting in but we fit 5 cars in the parking area out back. The house is visibly historic, so there were some things that could be updated like the trim and other cosmetic items, but it was fuctional and spacious. There was some food left in the fridge and cabinets that were not properly sealed, so we disposed of them. I was asked to clean the grill after we used it, but it didn't look like it……

“Eight of us travelled to Philadelphia to celebrate a family birthday. We stayed in this lovely home for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home was beautifully decorated and maintained, spotless, and included many nice amenities. Host was very helpful and accommodating. The home had one parking spot, but we had no difficulty finding street parking for additional cars. It was easy for us to get from this location to many neighboring towns in the Philadelphia area. “Perfect for our visit”

“We had an excellent stay! The property was extremely clean and accommodating, making our entire stay relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. One note for future families: the daybed listed as a double futon is actually a twin, so it will only accommodate one person. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it's good to know for those that may need that. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!”

“The house overlooks a lake and a horse corral. It is large enough that my family members had a lot of privacy we had beautiful weather and we made use of the pool each day. The only thing that bothered me was that the pool didn’t have a hand rail to get in and out of it. I would go back again”

“It was a spacious home with nice bathrooms with plenty of space in the bedrooms and a room for a work area. The basement had comfortable recliners with a small bathroom and shower. It was a quiet area with friendly neighbors. Climate control was easy and kept us cool and comfortable. The living room and dining room was comfortable! Great access to suburban malls and center city Phila within 2o mins. ”

“We were in the area for 2 weeks so wanted a more homely experience than a hotel but with a high standard of comfort. This house was perfect. The owner was very helpful and we could not have asked for more. The train takes about 50 minutes into Philly but we were needing a place specifically north of the city so it served us very well. ”
