“Such a lovely family run hotel. We stayed with our nine month old baby and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent, central parking provided and the location is in the heart of Shrewsbury. Rooms had everything you needed. Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Shrewsbury. ”

“We arrived at 6pm and waited 10 minutes to check in. The room we reserved was unavailable. We drove for 20 minutes on single track to arrived from Shrewsbury. The breakfast was none existent. The room was clean and tidy but the lighting was terrible. I think 6.0 rate is suitable.”

“I arrived after a rather heart-stopping journey through Storm Darragh. And as I was checking in the power went off. There were a few refugees from the storm and staff who couldn't get home after their shift. The kitchen was in darkness and powerless so no food available but the bar did stay open! The staff were cheerful and helpful finding a duvet to wrap up a chilly lady. True community spirit at it's best!”
