“Lovely period hotel with mostly period furniture. Very welcoming and helpful staff. I was staying on my own but there was such a good friendly atmosphere I didn’t feel “on my own”. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas.”

“这里靠近公路，比较容易找，位置在开发区内，晚上安静。因为是品牌酒店，所以提供基本的服务。很多英国小酒店是家庭式的，楼梯狭窄，没有电梯。相比较，还是这种品牌酒店更方便，尤其是你带着很重的行李时，有电梯简直是天大的好处。当然酒店房间千篇一律，不如老式楼房有情调。看你的需要。”

“I arrived after a rather heart-stopping journey through Storm Darragh. And as I was checking in the power went off. There were a few refugees from the storm and staff who couldn't get home after their shift. The kitchen was in darkness and powerless so no food available but the bar did stay open! The staff were cheerful and helpful finding a duvet to wrap up a chilly lady. True community spirit at it's best!”

“Lovely hotel. Parking easy. Really quiet. Easy access to the town. Stayed for 3 nights. One day my room wasn’t cleaned despite the sign I left on the door. TV a bit small. Internet access good. Overall I can recommend the hotel and I would stay again. ”
