She is very accommodating, professional but friendly. We’ve been to multiple cabins but this is the first time we found one that we liked in VRBO. 「The location for Lassen is excellent. You can make short day trips to Burney Falls, Redding, and more. The cabin itself is lovely, exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The creek in the backyard is so picturesque! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We had a great trip!」

「My family and I had a great time at the cabin. It is clean, warm and well stocked with everything you could need. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and tree filled. The roads are paved and clear right up to the gravel driveway. Communication with the owner was clear and easy. The only "cons" would be the hot water does not last very long so it was a challenge getting a family of 4 showered in the evening after a day of sledding. As mentioned in other reviews the internet could get laggy...

「The house was exactly as described. The owner was extremely communicative and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We found this to be one of the cleanest VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. We appreciated all the extra touches like popcorn, bottled water and candies to greet us. The location was convenient to everything and the hot tub was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. 」

Our time using the home was too short as we had traveled to Redding for "Celebration of Life" for a family member and most of our weekend was spent away from the property with the family elsewhere. We'd like to come back and enjoy more time there...a great prooerty for a family gathering!」

「From the moment I booked my reservation to the checkout, I received excellent service. This quaint little spot was clean, had no odors, a shower heats up quickly. My favorite part was listening to the frogs while admiring the view. I even saw 5 young does at the bottom of the grasslands while sitting on the deck. 「Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Huge relaxing backyard with a picnic table, hot tub, basketball hoop, plenty of outdoor seating & cool lighting. Comfortable beds with plenty of space for our large family. Well stocked kitchen with pretty much everything you would need. Nice appliances. The host was great & fast to respond to any questions you might have」

"This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure."
