“Beautiful home. Home owner is close by for anything that you may need. He was nice enough to start up his sauna for a couple of our guest. The host left out homemade banana bread that was absolutely amazing. We will be back”

“We had a great stay at the Big Red house. It was very clean and welcoming. We traveled with 3 young children and it’s a child friendly house with toys for them to play with and a big yard to run around. The location is perfect with only being a block from downtown and close to the beach. Highly recommend staying here! ”

“We had a wonderful vacation. The cottage was much nicer than the pictures and the ground staff was most helpful in addressing our questions. I did not expect to have to pay renters insurance at booking. A heads up would have been nice. ”

“We loved the cabin. It was super clean. Great location too. We took day trips all over the UP and it was a good central location to come back to each evening. The wood stove inside was wonderful for curling up with a book and snuggling in a blanket.”

“We had a set of 4 friends and went sxs riding. This location was great, plenty of room for everyone, 2 bathrooms were a plus, big kitchen with plenty of seating. Plenty of parking for all vehicles/trailers. We were gone from 9am to almost 8pm daily. we didn’t have time to enjoy the outdoor fire pit or other amenities on property. We hope to return for another visot in the near future. This was a typical UP north VRBO with old home charm for GREAT old town. Host was excellent. ”

“This was a birthday weekend for my 70th birthday. I invited my two daughters their husbands and children along. Age ranges were 5 to 11+5 adults. The kids love the grass and the fire pit and the toys that were around. We brought a monopoly game and had an epic game that stretched several nights. The kitchen was very usable and easy to find things, well equipped. Beds were quite comfortable. Each of my daughter’s families took a bedroom, and I got the master. The smaller room did not have AC……

“Former locals in town for a quick overnight, attending a family/friends event. The games in the basement and the beach across the street kept the kids occupied while my wife and I were busy. Would recommend ”
