「房間很寬闊，早餐選擇不多！入房內不夠十分鐘跳電兩次，要求换房間還是不換，結果第三次跳電再度要求才換給我們，不過防盜門鎖是壞的！大堂很大，有免費停車，房間整潔但有點舊。」

「很一般，以名牌酒店來說，有點失望。門鎖有破損，早餐食物看起來很多，但實際選擇不多，而且味道一般。酒店位置距離觀光景點有少許距離，走路要十多二十分鐘以上，附近亦沒有什麼便利店或食店，不太方便。」

「Dishonest hotel - it's our fault for accidentally leaving money (in red packet for CNY) in the room, but it is really disappointing that the staff denied everything without further investigation. We are 100% sure that we left the red packet in the room, our Malaysian friend helped to call multiple times, however the reception claimed that they did not find anything in the room which is totally nonsense. Please consider twice if you wish to stay in the hotel with such dishonest behavior.」

「A decent budget hotel. The location is great and has a good view of the river. Noted that it is a Muslim hotel so alcohol is strictly prohibited. The room has a nice size for two. The water pressure in the bathroom is very low. There is no cleaning service for us for the entire stay of 3 days.」
