“Our group of longtime friends chose the Sassy Peach Cottage as our destination this fall. The property was so well situated within the village, and it fit all of us with ease. We had three young children with us, and they absolutely loved the pool, the games and puzzles available for us to use, and the spiral staircase! If we return to St. Simon's in the future, we'll return to the Sassy Peach as well.”

“This lovely property is even better than the photos. The house is spotless, well cared for, and has all the amenities you could ask for. The hosts were so quick to answer when we had questions, and the check in and check out process was so smooth. Several things to note - there are stairs, however, they were easy to navigate and are very sturdy. This is it's own house, but there are neighbors - our experience was SO QUIET - no noise within the house at all! The porches are absolutely lovely. ……

“Our stay at the Saint Simons Beach House was fantastic! The home was spotless, and perfectly located just a short walk to the beach. The porch and backyard were perfect for relaxing by the pool/hot tube. The thoughtful touches from the owner made our trip even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway—can’t wait to return! ”
