"The place was amazing. It was right across from the beach with a view. Easy to check in and out. We got email around 2:30 our unit was ready. Lots of restaurants within walking distance that were amazing. We ate at Fiddlers, Iguanas, Crab Daddy’s (Fried Grouper Fingers) and Southern Soul BBQ. Will definitely recommend and add to my favorites "

"Great walking access to the beach, only couple of blocks away. Vehicle access to property is best if compact vehicles only. It is true, parking for two, but…if two vehicles, turning around to get back out is somewhat challenging. I submitted a few suggestions to help improve stay for next visitors, but we definitely enjoyed this small two bedroom, two bath property. Nothing fancy, I would visit again for sure!"

"Stayed here when I was in town for work and brought my dogs! This place was super clean and comfy! Loved the big kitchen table so my coworker and I could work together during the day as well as a work station with an extra monitor! Nice sidewalks and trails to walk the dogs about 5 min from the beach! We will be back!! "

It was clean, stocked with everything needed, plenty of room (including an elevator which was helpful for my parents to get up and down each level) - and very close to town and the beach. "The cottage was good! The location is great—only around 10 minutes from the main SSI attractions—and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating! Upon arrival, the cottage was clean and as pictured. It is perfect for a vacation with one other person. We wished more towels were provided for extended stays, but otherwise, it was a great stay. Additionally, as the cottage is attached to the house, noisy neighbors can become a problem. I would stay here again!"

"We ended up with five women all going to a convention on Jekyll Island. We stayed on St Simons because they have better restaurants and amenities. This house was perfect for us. We we’re all able to pile up on the couch and watch the Georgia Bulldogs game Saturday night. We felt like we were at home. Beautiful big house. Great location."

"Stayed an overnight in St Simons, on my way north on 95. I enjoy staying in this town, and this property was walking distance to many restaurants. The property is undergoing a renovation, so I am sure I was in one of the older rooms. Despite the Reno, the hotel is doing its best to maintain service. The only thing that was a problem was that the landscapers fired up leaf blowers at 7am, for an hour. "
