“Cute cottage in Santa Barbara steps away from East Beach, a short walk to Stearn’s wharf and 1 min drive to get onto 101. Clean, and exactly as pictured with comfortable rooms and lots of items in kitchen and towels in the bathroom. Also great as it has free parking, both with a small driveway and plenty of street parking in front of the house. Would stay here again! ”

“We had a wonderful stay with our two dogs over the New Year's holiday. Jeanne and Leo were great hosts and were friendly and welcoming. Their property has a great location and everything we needed--it was just about perfect for us (absolutely the ONLY thing that was missing was a fenced in yard for the dogs), but they had plenty of room to run around and the property was well back from the street, so it wasn't an issue. We've already booked a return trip since we enjoy the area so much, and this……

Only negatives were that the bed is not very comfortable, and also the sound proofing is not very good so unless you have a fan on or something you'll be able to hear traffic and trains throughout the night. ”
