My experience with this property was very unpleasant. The room had an ant infestation and when I went to the front desk Karyn said, "what do you want us to do about it?" I wanted to be in a room not infested with ants! I think that would be obvious.
I wasn't going to post a review at all, but I left behind my pillow. I called to ask if they had found it and when I could have it shipped back, at my expense. Karyn again, being her unpleasant and unhelpful self said, " you left it behind, what do you want from me?" Again,, I would like info on when it will be sent back!
I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I honestly cannot imagine how it has gotten such good reviews unless they're faked. I am willing to overlook a lot, but rude customer service when I have every right to expect the place, I spent close to 900 dollars to stay at, not have an ant problem and a staff that is at the very least polite.
Hopefully, my pillow will be sent back soon.
