「The small hotel is in Marampata, Peru, close to Choquequirao. Everything that gets to Marampata comes on a human's or mule's back on a brutally long day of hiking. The fact that the hotel exists there is amazing in itself. No idea how the mattresses got there. My son and I stayed 2 nights on a recent hiking trip to Choque. We didn't want to carry tent/sleeping bags/ground mat, etc...and add day/s to the hike, although we could have camped for very little money. The hotel was well worth the...

「This was incredible. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this may not be for you , but if you want a real authentic experience with an incredible view , I mean incredible. (This is saying a lot as I am from Alaska and have a high level of expectation for views ) the family that runs the base camp and restraint were so sweet this was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had in my life. Can’t wait to plan my trip back here! 」

「Walking distance from train station. Front staff was able to accommodate a different room as there was construction. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Only stayed the one night but would recommend.」

「Não tinha Aqua quente durante a metade da estadia, e os luzes do hotel estão desligadas..Economiza energia. café da manhã muito simples, 2 pães, margarina, um pouco geleia, queijo e presunto, e chá e café, sem leite. Evita o desperdício check out e as 9:00, mas deixaram ficar no sofá da recepção com internet até às 16:00. 」

「The place is good but the staff - on the phone - was unhelpful and sometimes a bit rude. The staff onsite was very nice, not sure what was going on there. The hotel is very pretty.」

「We could not find the property. We got a local person affiliated with the company that we did the Inca Trail with to attempt to take us to the Hostel. The problem was that the address listed in Expedia led to an abandoned building that was being worked on. They may have had a temporary location set up, but we got locals to phone the numbers listed and there was no answer. So, we stayed at another place instead.」
