The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. ”

“Easy check in, great communication with host, very nice to have a garage to park our car. Stairs were not a issue for us. Nice to have a large washer/dryer. Linens on beds and in bathrooms were lovely. Only suggestion would be to add normal size coffee mugs to kitchen set. Gave a 4 star for the incorrect address on VRBO, but location worked for us. Would definitely return to this lovely home. very nice to have garage par”

“Great stay. Lots of stairs.Street parkjng unless you have a sub compact vehicle.Close to beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, transportation.Best for a couple or single person. Studio style with sleeping nook holding a queen size bed, and couch as sleeping options.Nice to have a full kitchen and washer dryer.Overall excellent place at the beach!-Amelia”

“The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space.”

“The unit is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s location is perfect being a close distance to the beach and any stores or restaurants you may want to visit. The hosts were prompt with any questions that came up. I would recommend for a nice cozy stay.”

“Our family of five stayed here while exploring LA. it was conveniently located just a few blocks from Beverly Hills and allowed us to explore Hollywood, Santa Monica and Venice and spend a day at Universal Studios. The ADU has a spacious kitchen and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Only thing to note is that the futons are on the smaller size so a little cramped for our 6 foot tall teenage son. But would come back again. ”

“I could see the Pacific Palisades fire from the sidewalk but only smelled it on Sunday when the wind shifted. This property and Blake are both wonderful. We had a discussion about an evacuation plan and what it would take to initiate that action. This is my third stay and I will be back.”
