“Great little cottage. Very clean and tidy. Didn’t realize there was no door between bedroom and bath, which made a stay for 3rd person (sleeping on the couch) a bit weird. Would recommend this place for couples, though! ”

“I spent two nights here while my daughter was visiting a friend at UCSC and the stay was fantastic. Easy check in process, beautiful property, and very cozy rental. The bed was super comfortable and the sound of the rain on the roof was lovely. The view the next day and the sunset once the rain cleared was gorgeous. Also, the proximity to the store (Safeway) was great as I had to buy ice a couple of times (no freezer, just fyi). Not a big deal though. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Will……

“Perfect house for all 7 of us, my wife and I, our 2 grown kids, daughter in-law and 2 grand kids. We had space to relax, hide out or play some games. The beach is a super short walk, close enough to hear the surf at night. We did all our meals in the kitchen, it has all the right stuff to prep and serve meals.”

“We had a great time in Santa Cruz! This is a cute little cottage! It is at the end of a dead end street which made it really quiet and peaceful. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog. The interior is decorated with a beautiful beach theme. The attention to detail makes this place above any other rental. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The hosts have a large notebook in the cottage with information on restaurants, things to do, maps as well as all the different beaches.……
