“Perfect house for all 7 of us, my wife and I, our 2 grown kids, daughter in-law and 2 grand kids. We had space to relax, hide out or play some games. The beach is a super short walk, close enough to hear the surf at night. We did all our meals in the kitchen, it has all the right stuff to prep and serve meals.”

“We spent the week coming and going from the property to both celebrate our first Anniversary and to be able to see my daughter in a nearby town. Everything about the property was relaxing and beautiful. There were no noisy interruptions and everything was clean and well cared for. Oz was prompt with responses to questions and we had need of nothing. Would definitely look to stay again.”

“This was a very cozy room with a lovely view and amazing outdoor patio (that we didn’t get to enjoy as our stay was too short ;( I hope to stay again next time I’m in SC! It’s exactly as pictured and the bed was incredibly comfortable. You won’t be disappointed : ) Also, it’s a nice quiet location not too far from UCSC, downtown and the beach. (Short drive to each)”

“I don't want to hype this place too much because I love it and plan to go back again. 🙂♥️ I stayed a few days with just myself and my little dog the first time, I went. And then came back with my sister & nephew. First stay the hosts left a bottle of wine for me and treats for my dog. I was able to stay again with my sister. This time they left a complete s'mores kit which we enjoyed. Great spot. Super convenient. Will definitely be back. :) ”

“Great little cottage. Very clean and tidy. Didn’t realize there was no door between bedroom and bath, which made a stay for 3rd person (sleeping on the couch) a bit weird. Would recommend this place for couples, though! ”

“Place was perfect for party of 3, very comfy king bed and above average sleeper sofa. Nice sheets too. Bathroom is on the small side but very clean/nice (water pressure was phenomenal). Air conditioners/heaters worked well, nice sized tv with typical streaming options. Bikes came in handy (cool beach cruisers). Was able to do late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Good communication from owner before and during stay. Will book again next year.”

“Great place for the working traveler. All amenities and features are as perfectly described. And the location was super convenient, close to downtown San Carlos and Redwood City, and even not too bad of a drive to San Francisco. Both Ela & Matt were great hosts, extremely responsive and made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Best of all, they gave me outstanding recommendations for local restaurants, the best of which was Varam Indian! Will be returning the next time for a work trip.”
