“Pros: 4 big bedrooms and a good location Cons: Just about everything else Other than finding someone's prescription medication under the bed, it was clean. We've stayed here in the past, and it just gets sadder and sadder. The managing company, who we once used to manage our own rental, puts zero effort into maintaining things beyond the necessary basics. Linens are old and pilled, toilet paper is cheap and scratchy. The kitchen is not well-equipped: for example, there are only 4 dinner forks……

“This property is mostly as advertised and pretty clean but there were issues with electronics, no house guide (with instructions on how to use climate controls, etc.), the bed is not very comfortable. Flooring is new but in need of maintenance. Kitchen/bathroom are set up well.”

“We were in town for the Eberle Holiday Dinner and were so glad we chose the Ranchette! Super spacious, and lovely! Our only regret is we didn’t have enough time to really enjoy the property. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Sarah has such an amazing place. There were so many toys, coloring books, supplies, utensils everything. My favorite thing about this place is how SAFE it was for my daughter. Corners were covered, drawers were locked, plates and utensils for BABIES/ children. it doesn’t really get much better than this place honestly. This was my first time staying in a house and i’m so glad i chose this one. She was very communicative and answered everyone one of my questions within at least an hour. The house……

“We (10 adults) had an overall good stay, but there were a few issues that prevented us from giving a 5-star review. We were sent the wrong entry code for the property and had to call the host (and also messaged her through vrbo) and wait for her to call us back to give us the correct code to check in. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect, which was another inconvenience. We were also disappointed to find that not everything pictured in the listing was available. For instance,……
