Only negative is 2nd bathroom is in the basement. Although we knew this, still a negative.We mainly used upstairs bathroom, which was very nice. Nice backyard patio and gardens, better if patio heater worked. Cooler evenings 55 degrees, but heater broken and no assistance. Overall I recommend. ”
