San Diego Stay
This unit is clean and well located. Parking in the area is a challenge at best. Nice coffee shop is in building next door and there are many restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. Freeway close.

This property is more affordable than most SD rentals. It has an upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and a living room sofa which could accommodate another person. The unit is clean and has basic kitchen appliances, tv, internet, and bathroom shower. Neighborhood is mostly residential but is walkable to stores, restaurants, a park.

Home away from home
The property was great in a great location very conveniently located by all the highways. Great location right near the grocery store so that when we needed anything that we had to have for cooking it was conveniently placed. The host had everything a person would need and a home to be away from their own home and this will probably be the place that I stay each time that I come. My wife and I were very pleased and we're nearly close to asking him if we could book another day yet. We had to come home to be back in reality.

The communication and expectations of the host was seamless and easy to follow. There were a few concerns we had with the locks on the front door windows not latching correctly which should definitely be addressed by owner for safety reasons.

Do not rent this property
Not at all as advertised. This is an added on apartment to a home. The unfinished counter in kitchen, causes your knees to abutt the open back of oven. Different furniture from picture. No wash/shower soaps, no coffee. Absolutely NO parking. We continuously had to park 10 to 15 minutes away. This property is a joke!

North Park Cottage
This place is so cute! I’d love to stay here again. The patio was relaxing and the faux fireplace is a nice touch. Loved the upstairs bedroom and bath. Feedback for improvements: 1 dresser drawer was in need of reinforcement. I was afraid my clothes were too heavy for the bottom. More plants would be nice on the patio but that’s just me.

Perfect rental is central San Diego!
Very cute and clean 1bd/1ba in North Park neighborhood in SD, unit is two stories but I loved the seperate space. I lived in this area for years so it’s near to my heart and this location won’t disappoint. Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. Cozy spot nestled in a safe neighborhood, all the necessary amenities including a quiet private patio space and free laundry! Parking can be tough but that’s most of SD! Mike was quick to respond, would recommend for single travelers or small families, also pet friendly! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location!!!
Great location, supermarket nearby, bus stops, coffee shops, brewery's 5 min walk away. Balboa Park so close, walkable if you fancy it. Owners were super helpful and contactable if you have any questions. There was a slight issue one morning with the hot water but it was sorted out the same day and a bottle of champagne was waiting for us when we got back for the trouble.The neighbourhood was safe, not loud, a nice quiet area but lots of things to do.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here 😀
