“The condo was nice and what I had expected. After being out for the day (7/5) my kids and I wanted to use the clubhouse Jacuzzi and amenities. There was supposed to be a FOB for entry but it was not in the kitchen binder as stated. I text the management and they never responded. I text them again an hour later and they respond that if it was not in the red binder they would have to reach out to the HOA to get a key. I asked when that would be and how do I get in now and never received any……

“The stay was just as advertised! Clean, stocked and on a lower level. Walking in we just said "Wow" We came for our daughters wedding, and had the Grand kids over for (1) night & next afternoon. They loved their own room with the bunk beds and own bath.However, the old fashion standing arcade game (no cost to play) was the Big Hit! Thank you to our Host Mario. Allison and Mark”

“There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great.”

“Bigger and more well-appointed than expected! A few small hiccups were addressed quickly by management (listing initially said that one of the bedroom had 2 twins, which turned out to be a queen). Convenient to slopes at Bear Mountain, but too far to walk to the lifts for our 5 year-old, especially with gear. The area behind the unit was perfect for playing in the snow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!”

“Before we even left for Big Bear, the properties manager let me know the condo would be available early. She was in constant contact over the weekend for any questions. This property has ample parking and is only 2 blocks from the Village. So nice to be able to walk home after a nice dinner. This is a must stay condo in Big Bear - we hope to be back.”
