“Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock……

“This was the perfect place for a quick getaway to the Burlington Vermont area (Swanton). The cabin is nearly new and is very quaint. It has everything you need for your stay - a Keurig/coffee maker, a great selection of pots and pans, water in the frig, comfortable beds, a large TV, a beautiful deck and views from every window. I would highly recommend this cabin. Josie, the owner, was terrific with communication as well. ”

“First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. Spiders all over the place. Beach was beautiful and overall the place was very peaceful but the shower we didn’t use because we didn’t trust the water. Not a place I would take a child under 7. Very hard to wash bottles for a……

“Was such a great stay. The first overnight stay for my puppy and he loved it too. Was a beautiful sunset across Lake Champlain. Watching the sun hit the lake from behind in the morning with coffee from the deck is something that is hard to forget. ”

“Clean, chalet with the most spectacular sunrises, sunsets. Plenty of walking, biking, fishing. Depending on the season. Close to a lot of of favorite places to visit. Lake Placid & Montreal.plenty of local places to get some great food and drinks.”
