“Peaceful cabin on the lake- absolutely beautiful views and relaxing scenery. Sunrise over the lake was amazing. The house was adorable- the kids absolutely loved the spiral staircase! Communication with renters was easy and immediate. You aren’t really able to take long showers- but we were warned about that beforehand. I would absolutely Recommend this location to anyone! ”

“Overall a nice place on the water. Beautiful view ! House is bright and open. Somewhat outdated and could use an update to furniture and appliances. Dishwasher wasn’t attached to the counter and just pulled away when I opened the door. Microwave over the range was non-functional. Needed extra blankets as the included nlankets were paper thin. ”

“Though the house was nice and pretty much what we expected, there was no information about staying there. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming. We went to the beach that we think we were allowed at but we didn't know because there was no information about it.”

“We found the cabin to be all that we needed for our trip to North Hero. Our purpose was to visit our niece and her family who live in the area with our newest family member who was born in July. The location of the cabin and all its amenities was within walking distance to their home. The lake was beautiful and the scenic vistas in every direction were lovely. Sunrise to Sunset. Thank you! ”

“Property was great, lovely house, lovely view, lake was great had a lot of fun. Dishwasher didnt wash very well. And wasnt really left with any dishwasher pods or laundry degerent had to buy our own since it took property team a few days to respond. (I Didnt call or push it just texted since it wasnt an urgent need). ”

“Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock……

“This was the perfect place for a quick getaway to the Burlington Vermont area (Swanton). The cabin is nearly new and is very quaint. It has everything you need for your stay - a Keurig/coffee maker, a great selection of pots and pans, water in the frig, comfortable beds, a large TV, a beautiful deck and views from every window. I would highly recommend this cabin. Josie, the owner, was terrific with communication as well. ”
