“I recently stayed at this hotel and while it was nice overall, there were several issues I encountered. The reservation didn't clearly state that early check-in required a $75 fee or a treatment booking. When we opted for treatments to avoid the fee, the therapist didn't show up. Our room's air conditioner was broken, making the first night uncomfortably hot. I requested a new room and asked about a balcony upgrade, but no accommodation was offered. They don't inform guests that housekeeping……

“We stayed overnight following a concert at Bethal Woods. Morning coffee station would have been nice, we had to wait unti the dining room opened at 7:30am but a good overall experience. ”

“Great old building and good food at a good price. The Inn is a gem but needs a major update. I was on a fishing trip and it met my needs. The staff was excellent. Many people would not be comfortable with the condition of the property. It's a sweet old building across from a lake and it just needs investment money and TLC.”
