"Very clean, quality place to stay. 10 minute walk from Roma Termini station. A longer walk to the main tourist attractions, but still walkable. Good soundproof windows, kept the street noise out, which is important in Rome with the high amount of street noise late into the night. "

"This was our favorite property to stay at because of the location. Very large and clean room with a balcony. The staff was friendly and helped us get our door open. Very close to the train station and lots of stores around the area. Also super close to two bus stops. We plan to stay here again next time we visit Rome! "

"Overall good stay. Mc Donalds open right on corner with great breakfast and excellent cappuccino and espresso options. Toilet on our 5 th floor had issues flushing. Bar on corner was playing loud music which was lively atmosphere unless you trying to sleep at 1 am. "

"We loved the quiet but good position in Rome. Breakfast on the Wednesday was a little slow with not the best service and food a bit lacking. The other days it was exceptional and the staff on those other days were too."

"Amazing stay! Excellent, friendly staff. Location was perfect and right next to St. Peter's square. So easy to walk to all over Rome. The room we stayed in was a little tight but very manageable. I would suggest bringing a noise maker or ear plugs bc the streets were pretty active at night. "

"Hotel only one floor and they have only one small elevator and no concierge in this hotel when you come by car you cannot stop near the hotel must be your stop far like 100 or 200 m after that you take all your luggage from the car to hotel I think this not hotel this only pension because only one floor"

"This is a great basic hotel. The room was a good size, clean and looked refurbished with modern fixtures. Our room was a ski chalet theme. There was great communication from the hotel staff with inquiries and they were able to arrange for transport from the cruise port in Civitavecchia and to the airport. The location is great. Walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and close to many cafes and restaurants. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The only negative was that our room was not cleaned on our second day which left us over flowing garbage cans for 2 days. However, we would definitely stay here again. "
