“We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it……

“The condo is decorated so nicely in the beach/turtle theme and is a very pleasant place to stay! We loved having coffee in the morning on the deck while watching the sunrise over the ocean and being able to walk right out onto the beach. The view is wonderful. The location is centrally located to explore both North and South parts of the outer banks and within walking distance to many restaurants. The owner was very responsive, and checked in several times over our short 3 days to to be sure……

“The townhouse was very nice with a few exceptions listed below. Shower handle needs tightened, mold in the laundry room ceiling, fourth step on the second floor has a screw head sticking up if you step on it with all your weight, and lastly the matress is appalling you didn’t skimp on any other detail in the townhouse please invest in the thing people will spend the most of there vacation in!!!”

“This property was perfect for our stay in the Outer Banks. We'd planned for 4 nights but liked it so much that we added a 5th. This adorable condo has 2 BRs and 2 BAs. The BRs are on opposite ends of the condo which is perfect. Between them is a wonderfully open kitchen, dining area, and living room. The impression is of a comfy hang out and lounging space. And it's bright. Even on a cloudy day, this corner unit gets great light. There is a sliding glass door from living room to private……
