“Very good food variety and small restaurants of different cultures, lots of pool and on property entertainment and activities, day and night, no problem getting good drinks and wine variety and cocktails.only complaint was getting up at 6am to get a lounge chair in the pool area. Have to compliment Monica on being very guest friendly and working so hard with the other staff doing daily activities. ”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“My husband went to the store downstairs and was charged $22 for a bag of Doritos and I went back and the associate said that the American Doritos was more expensive than the Mexican ones and I said how am I supposed to know the difference the bag looks the same 😤😤😤😤😤”
