“The young lady at the front desk was very nice. I did report my issue with no hot water for the shower. It was after 9:00 PM and they offered to have someone look at it, but I know the issue is the shower valve pressure balancer and they would have to move me to a new room. Since I was leaving early in the morning I just did a sponge bath using the sink (sink had hot water). ”

“The hotel was very clean, and the staff very friendly. My room was big, and had a king bed, refrigerator, which is important tor me, because I use insulin. The bed was clean and very comfortable. It was a great place to stay. I will definitely stay there again when traveling through.”

“We arrived for our stay after an early snowstorm in the area. This hotel was hit with electrical issues. The manager and staff remained calm and inviting as they worked out the technical problems and helped incoming guests feel welcome. Nice place and more importantly nice management and staff! ”

“This location is right off a main road in Rio Rancho. Shopping and dining are withing a 3–5-mile drive. Area is safe. The hotel has had a few upgrades. The 2nd floor hallway is not carpeted for easier cleaning. The entrance to the room including the bathroom is the same flooring. The bed area is carpeted. “This casita is a cute place to stay that is somewhat away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Beautiful view from the patio doors shows the Sandia mt in various degrees of lighting, always changing. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The property is gated as well. “Great little place with a gorgeous mountain view. It would really be fun in the summer when the big pool would be more appealing than it is in November. Best for someone who has a car. Lyfts and Ubers are available most of the time, but often with a wait.”
