"After being in Bangkok for a week I couldn’t have imagined staying somewhere as relaxing and accommodating as Mae Rim. Everyone went above and beyond. My family and I were treated like royalty, we truly just would wake up and breakfast would be served. They even helped plan activities to assisting us with transportation. My family and I agree that this was without a doubt the most satisfying place we have ever stayed at. "

"Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."

"Very beautiful and comfortable suite with personal pool. This has a small kitchen but has no plates, bowls, eating or cooking utensils? Should at least have bottle opener/cork screw for romatic drinks. This is good for secluded retreat. Not good area if you want to walk and shop and eat and drink. Nowhere to walk to. Last morning water too low to take shower??? I think isolated event. Not normal. Very nice place to stay for seclusion and romance."

"A pretty modern hotel with a great breakfast buffet full of great variety - Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, and American, and it changes everyday for at least half of it. Only thing is that the bathroom is glass, so not much privacy. Our bathroom door also didn't close all the way. It's in a good area though."
