“The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve. “We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“I was very pleased with everything about my stay. The only thing I didn’t love were the pillows, 3 little square pillows that looked cute but were hard to sleep on. But, I discovered on the morning of our check out that you can untuck the pillow cases and then they’re normal sized comfortable pillows! A blanket would have made it perfect. I was a little cold sleeping with just sheets. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was good, and I loved the proximity to……
