“酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“I had a lovely time at the Angel Hotel. It is located very conveniently right opp Cardiff castle and in the city centre, yet away from the hustle and bustle (noise) of the high street. It is right app Buke Park which is a beautiful large park you can walk, run, cycle in and have a really wonderful time. The River Taff is right there as well. The reception staff was exceptional, so kind and helpful. They stored my bicycle in the reception area overnight for safety, they sweetly printed out some……

“The hotel is situated on the sea front . The main problem this time, was that the lift was not working. We had a room on the 4th floor and at 75 years of age the climb was rather taxing. Our luggage was taken up for us , and brought down at the end of the stay . Good breakfast and although we did not eat dinner here, the menu looked good . Staff helpful under the circumstances. They obviously found the situation challenging as there are a lot of older people staying there. ”

“Hotel was great, spacious room, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Shower base a bit slippery. Sawyers was quite disappointing, average food and service was poor. Some customer service training required. Ignored on arrival, staff seemed bored and unhappy.”
