“I wanted to love our stay at The Sterling so much more. It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are giant and gorgeous, but the lack of upkeep was really apparent. In our first floor room, the 2 upholstered armchairs by the window were both stained, one with a 10” stain right in the center of the seat. One of the lace drapes from our bay windows was missing. And the jacuzzi was giant and generally clean, but was cracked and the jet nozzles looked concerning enough where I didn’t necessarily……
