「Couple night stay. Kinda older building that is partially hotel and partially owner rentals. Facility is clean and safe. The location is minutes to the airport and right next to the famous El San Juan Hotel. Not for honeymooners but fine for regular travel. It is right on the beach and you can use the ESJ pool so best of both worlds for half the price.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was beautifully remodeled. We did have a slow draining sink, but it was doable. The area was perfect. We were walking distance from everything- beach, grocery, dinner, etc. I'd stay here again」

「My wife and I enjoyed this property for it's simplicity, coziness, cleanliness, spaciousness and feel. The property is situated within walking distance to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, grocieries, and minutes away from the downtown scene. The property owners provide a great myriad of kitchenware, towels and blankets. All in all a great place. I do recommend more than a 3 day stay to really enjoy the area and property (we stayed 5 nights). 」

「Nice stay! Beautiful suite. Rob was a great host! Breakfast/brunch hours seemed to change daily. Pool area is quite small. Quiet hours are supposed to be 9 pm on, but it seemed that this was not enforced. The boys were pretty riled up til about 11 pm. 」

「I loved the area, there was only three parking spots available for the most part we had a spot. There was one night we didn’t have a spot which was annoying because it is hard to find parking. However Ubers were cheap and easy. The only complaint I have is that I wish they included more towels, bed sheets, and cleaning supplies. We were there for 6 nights and we had nothing to mop or sweep with, I tried communicating through the Expedia app no one responded. Other than that everything was...

「Loved it! Our flight was delayed and we arrived well after midnight… shout out to Chris Patterson for being so attentive upon arrival! He remained a friendly face, a trusted resource, and a go-to for all sorts of local intel! No ask was too big or too small. We were sad to leave :(」

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
