“Great house. Had to come back well after dark every night and never felt unsafe. Great location close to lots of shopping and dinning options. ”

“Overall this property was okay. However, the couch needs to be replaced and new TV in the front room. The entire place seemed to be the old hammy downs and hodgepodge of left overs. The place was also unorganized but we were able to manage.”

“This house exceeded expectations. We had a group of 18 ranging in ages from 6 to 75. The outdoor space was a hit with all the kids in spite of cooler November weather. The commercial style kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal. The indoor space had so many areas of entertainment and relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for more. The stay was great and we would highly recommend!”

“Check in was easy, but we received the code after check in time. The house wasnt the cleanest we have stayed at, the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust, there was dried rice and food still on the table, something had spilled in the freezer and wasnt cleaned up. We stayed with 3 toddlers, it wasnt really a fit for young kids but we made it work. Also, we could only find 3 washcloths total for 7 people. It was alright to stay at for 2 nights, we werent at the house much.”

The location was about a 20 minute drive from downtown KC. While everything was great, just be aware that tv's are older with a fussy remote, but it didn't impact our overall experience. ”

“Our family converged on this property for a funeral and this was the perfect place for us to gather. The home had a large living room area where we could all be together. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to easily cook meals. The owner communicated well and we would book again.”

“We came to Kansas City to spend Thanksgiving with my husband‘s brother and his wife. We love the Plaza and the location was great. Having Pizza 51 just down the street and the Whole Foods market was also very convenient. We attended a Chiefs game on Friday and had many memorable and delicious meals. We were able to walk to the Capital Grille, Gram & Dun. Took an Uber to Union Station and ate at Pierpont’s. Walked to TaHa Mexican restaurant, which was excellent! The Penthouse was beautiful had……

“Went for the chiefs game. Had a blast. Came back to a clean comfy bed. Just as advertised. Parking lot and navigating the back alley was a little rough as far as terrain goes but it was doable. Was able to get to the stadium in 25 minutes in pretty thick traffic. Hopefully we will be back soon for another game. Go Chiefs!!!!”

“Friendly staff and the usual breakfast. Building seemed fresh and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Gym was adequate. The bathroom needed some upkeep. Shower door basically falling apart, bathroom door would not close all the way. Good thing I was traveling alone, and did not need to be concerned with privacy. ”
