“We visited KC for a Chiefs game and stayed here for 3 nights. Located near the airport and freeway entrance, it’s about 25 minutes from downtown KC. The complex looks like it’s newly converted from an office building so it’s a little sterile and isolated, but the space is clean and dog friendly. It’s a good alternative to a hotel room if you want more space. Property manager was super responsive. My suggestions for an even better stay is to provide laundry detergent, and cooking oil and spices……

“We had an great stay at Cozy in KC. The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. The location was about a 20 minute drive from downtown KC. While everything was great, just be aware that tv's are older with a fussy remote, but it didn't impact our overall experience. ”

“This is an older home that’s had many updates, but still has some quirks, such as squeaky kitchen cabinet doors. It was neat and clean and nicely decorated, and the bonus was the pool table. The pool sticks were broken, but new ones were brought over to the house in person. The backyard was fenced and there was plenty room for all four of us to enjoy our time together. ”

“Linens were lacking. Not enough towels, blankets, sheets. Appreciate the Pike Place coffee pods. No shampoo just conditioner. Would have appreciated more places to put stuff in bedrooms. Only bedside night stand and had to put personal items on the floor. Would have appreciated knowing that one bedroom was bunk beds. Otherwise nice and clean.”

“The location of this house was perfect! The house was clean and had everything needed for us to have a comfortable stay! The hosts were amazing and had open communication throughout the whole stay! We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Loved the house, it is very beautifully decorated and if you aren’t doing much outside of the house, a perfect stay. Outdoors the yard is small and sharply sloped, this only matters if you bring a dog, also the split level steps were difficult for my dog to navigate due to being slick so I ended up carrying her up and down. ”

“The property was great. We had everything we would need just like at home. Lots of towels, comfortable beds. TVs in most all rooms, kitchen had anything you would need. The host Amy was great , responsive and there to help if we needed anything. I would stay again and recommend to friends or family.”
