“At Water’s Edge was cozy despite a winter storm that dropped snow and ice across the panhandle! The location is fantastic—right in the beach and near a store in case you forgot anything. The house is spacious, decently appointed, and has spectacular views. Downsides: we had to deal with an ant infestation; apparently they got cold and wanted to come inside! Also, the fireplace was mildly disappointing. I expected more than a glorified space heater. This would hardly matter any other time of……

Has a pool and hot tub right outside the room and beach is a short walk across the road. Lots of food options very close by as well! This will continue to be our go-to place for Mexico Beach!!!”

“Well furnished & clean condo! We enjoyed the direct beach access and sitting area under the house. The bunkbed was a hit for the kids! There was a liquor store & bar directly across the street and food trucks & a Dollar General were a walkable distance. We will be back!”

“We had a wonderful time staying here! The weather was in the 60’s and the heated pool was perfect. It was a little cooler than expected one morning, and I contacted the host and he graciously made a change and it was perfect the rest of the time. I mentioned the water was a little cloudy and the pool guy was there that day to treat it. Everything was great! Easy walk to a non crowded beautiful beach. ”
