"The staff was GREAT! The inside of the hotel could use some work and the bathroom had water damage on the bottom of the door and cupboards. If you’re not worried about a perfect room, the outdoors was well taken care of and the pool was cleaned every day. Isn’t a bad stay for the price. "

"The property was nice in itself and I would stay here again but I did not receive enough wristbands for my entire party and the security guards tried to accuse us of not staying there. That made for a lot of inconvenience when I was clear about how many people were in the party and it was not over the limit. The master bedroom comforter was also dirty and I never received word that I was able to check in.after I was told I would get a call stating cleaning was out of the property "

There were some minor inconveniences with the washer and dryer and a little bit of poor communication with the owner regarding the inconveniences but everything was taken care of! The house was clean and had everything we needed, plus the location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to great local restaurants and activities. The backyard was peaceful and a great spot to relax.We did experience a couple of issues during our stay, including a pool chemical imbalance and a problem with the mini-split unit on the first floor, but the property manager was very responsive and addressed these concerns...
