“Hesitate to say this because we absolutely love this place, the hosts are fantastic, the property is beautiful, the location is wonderful. We enjoyed the music from the various pavilion festivals as well as the nearby venue, right from the tiki deck. All of Dearborn is one block away. The bay for sunset is an easy stroll down the road. “The house was charming, comfortable and clean. The photos of the house are very accurate. There was a nice screen porch to relax on. The kitchen was very well equipped, as was the house. It had everything you need. The location was excellent, half way between the beach and the bay— about a 2 or 3 minute walk each way. You could hear the surf at night with the windows open. Michelle the host was super responsive and everything on the place was cleaned up and fixed from whatever hurricane damage……

Property is very worn and NOT kept up.Example: Broken front blinds held up by zip ties! Stove top disgusting! Extremely small TV has poor reception...signal goes out every few minutes and WiFi connection spotty. Outside grounds need clean up! How can I be assured this won't happen if booking through VRBO in the future?”

“Location of this property is superb. The pictures make it look a little bigger than it is but it is a lovely place to stay. Walkable to a couple great restaurants/bars. Easy 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Florida. I have to say, the only criticism I have is the parking spot is a little small. Other wise an amazing 5 star stay. “This property was small in some areas, but had everything we required for our two week stay. The bedroom had a double bed and adequate drawer and closet space.
