“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“The property is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and Disney. On a busy road (192) but the back of the property is quiet and peaceful. Large lake, pool and walking path arebehind every unit. Fully equipped kitchen. Love staying here.”

“Place was great place to stay and go to Disney, took about 15 minutes to drive. Place pool was awesome to enjoy. Sad part kids have to been 48in tall to use slide. Kids loved having there own beds and a tv to watch a movie before bed. ”

“La casa es muy amplia, sin embargo, le hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Las puertas están trabadas y las persianas de las habitaciones estaban quebradas. Le faltan utensilios de cocina. La limpieza nos quedó debiendo muchísimo, los baños no estaban limpios, había medias de otros huéspedes y algunas cucarachas. Llegamos a la casa y el microondas no funcionaba, el coffee maker no tenía la taza, no había sartenes y muchos bombillos no funcionaban. Nos pasaron de casa y los aspectos mejoraron, sin……

“It was a very cute condo. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because the guest bed was uncomfortable. It dipped in the middle. Also, I address this with owners already, when booking the condo had a crib in it, but when we got closer, they took it out without warning. They did have a pal n play but the rim of the plastic piece that the child pulls themselves on was very disgusting. It was nice that there was a high chair, I chose this specific condo because it was baby friendly. Overall,……

“In general, we enjoyed our stay as the condo was clean and comfortable. Only 15 minutes to Universal Studios which was great!! Our only complaints: (1) Internet speed was absolutely horrible - worse than dial. up. When I tried to get support, I was told to reboot the router, which did not make a difference. A speedtest showed 1 MB/s. (2) The gym was horrible - tiny room, no airflow, and the treadmill wasn't even working.”

“Property was as advertised. Clean and convenient to pool and all disney parks. Bright and spacious ground floir unit with patio for morning coffee. Stayed at this resort several times and will definitely rent this unit again.”

“We had the best time at the house. It had enough space and entertainment for everyone without being in top of each other. Highly recommend! All my questions were answered promptly. Great overall experience! ”

“Overall we didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo but the condo it self was great the only problem we encountered was parking. After 6pm you won’t be able to find parking anywhere near the condo which was little upsetting since we were 3rd floor. We had to park a nice ways away but I do understand there was a lot of other family’s staying there too. It was a very nice neighborhood and it was quite at night very nice for the price. ”
